[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Jakarta EE 9 Retrospective - Input Requested

Dear Specification Committee,

Please provide your input to the Jakarta EE 9 Specification Committee retrospective document.  As we discussed in our meeting on the 13th of January, I will also send to the specification projects leads list and spec discussions list early next week after you have had an opportunity to contribute.

Thanks in advance, this is an important process for improving what we do. In our meeting on February 10th we can review, discuss and decide on actions/changes for 2021.
