[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Merged Spec PRs that need some attention, pl

As I was reviewing
our progress for Jakarta EE 9, I found the following PRs that have been
merged, but without the final checklist.  Or, in some cases, there
is a checklist, but it has only been partially checked off.

This checklist
is not only used as a reminder of the work that needs to be done, it's
also an indication that the work items were actually performed.  We
really need this checklist posted and processed for each of the PRs.  I've
highlighted the mentor that initiated the ballot.  Thanks for your
attention to this detail!
