Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] PMC and Release Review requirements in checklists?
|
I notice that the DSOL
PR has these added in the issue-template checklist. I guess
Ivar just added these toe the template (here).
So, perhaps this is solved, going forward.
For many specs, these check boxes won't show up. I guess the
mentors need to remember to remind the projects to send these
e-mail notifications, once the ballot has closed.
Also, don't forget to remind the compatible implementations to
send an e-mail to the EMO once their product has received
certification request approval.

I
see a couple of release review requests coming to the PMC, a
few weeks
after the ballot has been completed.
Are there check-list items we mentors should be checking more
closely to
be sure they are completed? I'm wondering about both the PMC
approval as
well as release review items. (I suspect these may be more
related to
Eclipse Foundation developer process than Jakarta EE process
so perhaps
we haven't incorporated those sufficiently into our lists.)
Thanks,
