[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Translating jakarta.ee into Chinese - please review

Hello All,
as you are aware, Primeton has initiated a conversation about
increasing Jakarta EE awareness and presence in China. Part of
the effort is translating jakarta.ee website in Chinese. There is
much work to be done still, but we are ready to deploy the first
version.
If you have Chinese speaking colleagues, can you please review
the issue below and provide input if any by the end of this week?
The plan is to merge the changes in production and have it live
next week.
