Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] [jakarta.ee-spec] BALLOT: Approval to release Jakarta Batch 2.0

Although the ballot of Jakarta Batch was already closed,

I would like to add Scott Wang's vote to the ballot record.

At the last Spec. committee meeting, we decided as follows:

  - Mentor should send a reminder note to the missing voters prior to end of vote.

  - Log “no vote cast” in final ballot for missing votes.

But since this rule is made before starting the ballot of Jakarta Batch,

this should not be applied to the Scott Wang's case.

If any concerns, please let me know.
