This repository is owned by the "specification committee" team on the Jakarta EE working group's GitHub Organization. The composition of the team is at the discretion of the specification committee. How to decide whether or not somebody should be on the team is also at the discretion of the specification committee. I suggest that each organization representative should be able to specify one or more individuals.
In the meantime, I've sent invites to Dmitry and Ed. The specification committee can let me know if I've made a horrible mistake.

I can not assign the Dependency Injection PR to either one of them for the mentoring reviews that need to be taking place. How can we get this updated? I'm really hoping we don't have to wait for a committer vote and that they can just be assigned? Thanks!
Actually, there may be other new Participant members of the Spec Committee who also need to be added as Committers. Or, maybe even some changes to the participant lists, such as Payara or Tomitribe reps?
