[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Website contributions for jakarta.ee

Hello all,

per recent discussions regarding the need to continuously add / change jakarta.ee website, we have have received a request from our web development team to always submit Pull Requests instead of issues.

As most people are developers on our committees I am sure this is not going to be too much of a problem. How to Get Started and contribute is documented on the
