Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Jakarta-ized Specs a requirement for Jakarta EE 9?

If the source if available then I think we should at least suggest
that they be updated for EE9. This is something that can be farmed out
to community easily, especially if there is a guide and existing
examples of specs that have done it.
