[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Jakarta EE Update call October 16th, 2019

Hello All,

as we are making quite a bit of progress on the documenting the Steps to Jakartify a Specification, I it would be great take the opportunity of having the Jakarta EE Update call next week and go though an example and explain steps needed.

With the in mind here is what we have on the Agenda for the call

October 2019 Agenda - Wednesday October 16 , 2019

• What needs to be done with the rest of Jakarta EE specification documents?

• Discuss steps with the community (Ivar Grimstad)

• Steps to Jakartify a Specification document

• Jakarta EE 8 release - retrospective

• How we did, what got done, dangling bits (Ed Bratt)

• Use the Community Retrospective on Jakarta EE 8 Release document for community feedback

• Reminders: Please join us EclipseCon Europe

• Open discussion and questions

Can you please provide your input on the above?
