I know, most of you are either on the way to Code1 or already there e.g. for JCP EC F2F or other Events.
I was wondering, how others think About the idea of a discussion between members of the Spec Committee as well as Maybe the PMC or Steering Committee and EMO with interested Project members or Project leads About what went well in the Jakarta EE 8 “Sprint“ and what could be improved in the future, Kind of like an Agile Retrospective?
I dont’t think the constant grumblers (you know the “Usual Suspects“ here ;-) and squealers will even bother to participate or add something constructive, but there seems to be more than just the two specs that were mentioned in the last voting on TCK related issues, that could benefit from this to make some things a bit smoother in the future.
