     Thanks Scott.
I was trying to decide if we should try and proactively update
any of the TCK links that we've been discussing in a different
thread. I wasn't up to speed on when the site, and other artifacts
would start to become available for the approved Specs. Thank you
      for clarifying.

I suspect that we ought to just wait for the final materials to
become available, before making additional changes -- at least for
this cycle. That way, we can make the changes, test them and be
assured we won't (probably) need to come back again.

The checklist subitem of the “On ballot completion” step of https://github.com/jakartaee/specification-committee/blob/master/spec_finalization_checklist.md

Defines who is doing what checklist item. For any of
the designated specification committee roles, that person is
defined in the spreadsheet you reference. All of the PR merges
are assigned to one of 4 members: myself, David, Keven and Bill.

The website is updated whenever the EMO(Wayne) has
the web team do the synch. We should do this at least once a
week in the spec meeting until it is complete.

I wanted to follow up on the site and
download updates for Specs. that are approved.
Who/what is supposed to happen to complete these
materials? The TCKs should be pushed to their final
                  location; The Specifications site should be updated;
Is there more? What's the timeline for these changes?
There are a couple of approved but not yet
merged Spec PRs. I have pinged the person listed in
the Specification Project PR assignments and
plan Google Sheet. The committee might consider
formally assigning these PRs to the people listed in
                  Column X of that sheet.

It may not be clear that people who might
not regularly attend these meetings were all aware
they had formal duties (for example community
reviewers).  Also, there may have been a few
assignments (i.e. Dmitry) who aren't formal members of
the Spec. committee, who are assigned as Spec Comm
reviewer roles. That assignment may have escaped
others as well, I'm not sure.

                Thanks,
