Hi,

When running through the checklist for the JSTL spec I noticed their footer has this copyright:

	Copyright © 2017–2019 Eclipse Foundation. All rights reserved.

everything else I’ve reviewed has been:

	Copyright © 2019 Eclipse Foundation. All rights reserved.

I didn’t check the copyright check mark of the list because I wanted to query whether this was an issue or not? I don’t know what discussions have happened around copyright years in the javadoc and I’m not a lawyer so I thought I’d ask for peoples thoughts.

It also doesn’t have a link to the license so I think it need regeneration anyway, but it would be good not to have to do it twice.
