Discussion:
- Agreed in principal that Specification
Projects must produce two finished binaries, one open
source (EPL) and one for certification (EFTL)
- The Specification Committee will
approve the EFTL version, which will then be digitally
signed by an RSA private key owned by and identifying
the Jakarta EE WG Specification Committee itself.
- The approved EFTL version and digital
signature will be distributed through Eclipse
infrastructure
- The requirements under section "Filing
a Certification Request" were updated to now require:
- A statement of agreement to the
terms of the EFTL
- The fingerprint of the binary used
