Since the Spec Committee has been pretty much in favor of the Big Bang approach (myself included), I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of another discussion in support of the Incremental approach. This post was done by BJ Hargrave (IBM) who has attended a couple of our Committee discussions in the past (the latest was just last week). He wanted to get a reading on the tone of the Committee before posting his thoughts. That is, if he felt Big Bang was a foregone conclusion, then why muddy the waters? But, after listening to our call and discussing his thoughts with me, I (and others) encouraged him to post his thoughts.
Mark and others have already posted that it's a "good read". Even if you are already set on the Big Bang approach, I would encourage you to take a read through BJ's post and the subsequent discussion. Thanks.
