[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Issue created to track updating of jakarta.ee to list specifications

As we discussed during this week’s meeting, we have no location that provides a listing of the approved specifications in a manner similar to that jcp.org does. It appears that requests to update the http://jakarta.ee content go through the Eclipse bugzilla, so I have created the following issue for tracking:

A section has been added to the JESP operations guide to describe what requirements if any a spec project will have to update that content:
