I've pushed must first pass an update to the EFSP.

The attached PDF was generated from the updated source.

 

Things to look for:

• I've remove the graphic from the Creation Review section (old version with the graphic is here);
• I've added some content regarding releases to the "Specification Project Lifecycle" section;
• I added different release types to the "Terms and Definitions", and tweaked the definition of Service Release; and
• I've added missing links to the Specification and TCK licenses.

Comments and discussion on this thread, or on this bug, are welcome.
