[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] TCK process: Inviting CDI and Bean Validatio

Could we possibly get someone from the Red Hat side to do a similar overview of the CDI/Bean Validation TCK process?  Specific topic of interest is someone who has had experience with the test challenge process and can give insight as to how they've been handled, how long they take, what the volume is like, etc.

A writeup like the one Kevin and I did would be great, but at minimum someone to share some thoughts in the conversation is good.
