[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] JNoSQL Specification

Further to our call today, Otávio has agreed that he would be very happy 
to have JNoSQL be the first project proposed under the new Jakarta EE 
spec process. He has asked if we would (informally of course) be willing 
to designate jakarta.nosql as the namespace for this specification. It 
seems fine to me.
