[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Doodle Poll for Joint Session

The time has come to hold a meeting of both the IP Advisory Committee and the Jakarta EE Specification Committee to discuss a number of topics of mutual interest. Please provide your availability in the Doodle poll at https://doodle.com/poll/uzgmtzvz9ghhfma8

Agenda items include:

1. trying to create a consensus around patent licensing flow,
   
2. the role of TCKs in licensing, and
3. how specifications will be licensed from Oracle to Jakarta EE such that the specs can be evolved in the future.
   

The intent is for Jakarta EE Specification Committee to send a list of questions to IP Advisory Board needing discussion prior the call. a draft of that document is under review
