Hey Shabnam,

 

One thing that I've always struggled with this survey is that many of the questions are worded for people working in an organization that owns the apps, rather than those of us who are consulting for several organizations. In the past, I just filled it out based on the state of my recent clients, but it would be good to handle this case more directly in the future.
