Hi,

I'd like to start a new project at eclipse-ee4j for a standalone implementation of Jakarta Authorization. I've prototyped this already in the OmniFaces repo at https://github.com/omnifaces/exousia

It consists of a combination of my own code and code taken from GlassFish, so it should be easy to donate back fully to Eclipse.

Thoughts?
