Probably it's not necessary to update much if any links. Both the Eclipse project page and the Github repo automatically redirect from the old names to the new names. E.g. the old link https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.jaspic still works and redirects to https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.authentication.

p.s.

Maybe it's worth putting out a statement from any of the bodies (steering? platform? pmc?) to recommend all projects to start with their rename after EE 9 is released?

Just like the "jaspic" project has been renamed to "authentication", I'd like to start the process of renaming the "jacc" project to "authorization".
