[jacc-dev] About to release JACC 1.6.1

Hi,

I'd hereby like to declare our intention to release JACC 1.6.1.

This is the Jakarta EE version of JACC 1.6. Maven coordinates have changed, and some code formatting has been done, but no API changes have been made.

The new Maven coordinates will be:

<groupId>jakarta.security.jacc</groupId>

<artifactId>jakarta.security.jacc-api</artifactId>

<version>1.6.1</version>

If there are any objections, please let us know.
