GitHub has started scanning dependencies looking to see if you're using a version with a known CVE in it. In some cases it can even submit a simple PR: https://github.com/eclipse/milo/pull/597

However this PR doesn't pass the CLA check for obvious reasons.

Is there any chance we can make an exception for this? It's sort of annoying that I have to close the PR and submit my own making the exact same change...
