We don’t have it in the website. The footer is inherited from the Eclipse theme.
We will try to update it, if possible, and we will keep in touch with Webmaster in order to see if it can be added to the theme since it can be useful for all the projects.

I haven't been able to locate a link for reporting a security vulnerability on
the web site (e.g. in the footer among the other Eclipse related links). Can you
