Hello Mahdi,

the project has to request a review using the project page.

What you need from the PMC is a vote and final +1 for the release.

However what that would need at least is:

* A link to https://eclipse.org/security on the homepage of the project

* The proper incubation branding, as you project still is in the incubation phase. This needs to be on the homepage as well as on the downloadble artifacts (e.g. ZIP files, …)

More information is in the Eclipse Project Handbook, or maybe ask your mentors, or the IoT PMC of course.
