Thanks Matteo, this is a great release review document.
I am not sure what to think about the discontinuation of several hardware platforms and distributions. Keeping in mind that Eclipse Kura is a graduated Eclipse projects, did you communicate this change ahead of time to your community? If
not, I would strongly recommend doing so and wait for the next release for effectively implementing the change. I would be curious to hear what the other PMC members think/recommend though!

The Eclipse Kura development team would like to release v4.0.0 on October 19th. We need the approval by PMCs for the release documentation in [1].
