I am new to the process so please bear with me. My team is in the process of preparing the initial contribution for the Keti project: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.keti. As per Eclipse Project Handbook, "All third-party libraries required by project code will have to be checked and approved by the IP Team... Create a contribution questionnaire to submit a third-party library for review by the IP Team." This is CQ for one of the library used by our project. We don't build it ourselves. We download a jar for this library from maven central repository: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.ge.predix/spring-log-filter/1.1.3 To attach, I downloaded the source code distributable zip from the library GitHub repository: https://github.com/predix/spring-log-filter/releases. It's an open source project and source code for it is located at https://github.com/predix/spring-log-filter I am not sure how I could build attachment that you are asking for.
