[iot-pmc] Eclipse Kura v2.1.0 Release

We are in the process of releasing Eclipse Kura v2.1.0. Information on the release can be found here [1]. We are waiting on approval of two CQs [2][3] before we can submit the IP log. Open issues to be closed before we make downloads available can be found here [4]. We have a release review scheduled for November 16. Please let me know if you have any questions.
