[iot-pmc] Request for works-with dependency on JmDNS

Hi,

I would like to ask for your approval to use JmDNS 3.4.2 (https://github.com/openhab/jmdns/releases/tag/jmdns-3.4.2) as a works-with dependency (see https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10006).

Note that the previous version 3.4.1 has already been approved for reuse (CQ #7795), but as it is just an external dependency, which is for now only needed to compile the code and which is available on an external p2 repository, a works-with is good enough for me.
