Absolutely. We've had problems in the past with people not knowing how to run the unsigned versions.

Ok, I re-downloaded it and it works this time, but only after I disable the OS X security settings. The USB sticks are pretty much done. I will load them up in the bag with our ICE flyers and stickers and bring them with me to Miami.
