Here's a picture of several of the series being plotted on a logarithmic scale. Seems to be fine for builds of next.

Are you using the latest version of the nightly? If so, can you explain the steps you performed to get the graph? I opened it myself on a locally built version of the Neon build and I got this, which doesn't look like either of your pictures.

Everyone,

I have updated FERN to put population data out to CSV.

Attached is a sample output file. ICE does not plot it correctly. For example, for the fourth column in the file, it messed up. I have attached two pictures to show you what I mean.

If you test FERN, run the data/alpha.ini case, but set the final time down to something like 1e-8 or you will get a 93MB file that ICE can't handle. If you use another input file, then check alpha.ini to see the output block that you need to specify to get it to dump output.
