  Adding equinox p2 touchpoint native to the launch configs

After cloning ICE via the dev menu, I found I couldn't load the Mars
target. Turns out the fix was to ensure that the
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.touchpoint.native plugin was included in the
framework.
