[hono-dev] M2 Milestone

Hi devs,

I would like to do the M2 milestone release until Nov 11th.  
Could you please make sure that everything you want to be included is merged to
master by tomorrow evening so that we can do some final "informal" testing and
checks (e.g. correctness of readmes etc) before I "hit the button"?
