A Project Lead election for Santiago Cingolani on project Eclipse Heimlig
(automotive.heimlig) was started by Norbert Fabritius with this criteria:

Santiago is a long time contributer and has made a large impact on the
project.

He has significantly shaped both the design and the implementation of the
project and fixed numerous bugs.

It is my pleasure to nominate Santiago as a project lead on Eclipse Heimlig.
