I'm not sure about the java.util.Date question. Let me look
into that ...
Probably I
will try latest source (github?).
I found
one more related error, so I think:
https://github.com/locationtech/geomesa/blob/master/geomesa-cassandra/geomesa-cassandra-datastore/src/main/scala/org/locationtech/geomesa/cassandra/data/CassandraDataStore.scala#L99
Geoserver
support java.sql.Date & java.sql.Timestamp but not
java.util.Date… Is it something relevant?
Hello Roussos,
This is probably related to a known bug in the geomesa
Cassandra components in the 1.3.0 release. We have a fix
which you can get by building from the latest source, or you
can wait for the 1.3.1 release, which should be happening
within the next week.

Hi everyone, have a question:
I have installed geomesa &
cassandra & geoserver… All latest versions…
I have successfully imported the
example csv to Cassandra, queried all tables and seemed ok
but when I added datastore to geoserver, no attributes are
shown. Instead a create new Feature Type option is
appeared.
Is it normal behavior? Or, am I missing
sth?
Thanks,
