JAI is an optional Java Extension, if it is available a few more coordinate reference system transformations should be available.

Oracle has stopped publish the jar (looks to be through neglect rather than on purpose since their website sill links to it). 

You may be able to fetch the jar from a maven repository (such as the one used for geotools http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/javax/media/ )
