In summary, the TCK wasn't able to run on every server or environment. It ran fine on the Eclipse CI, but not always elsewhere. There was a similar challenge filed against the CDI TCK (which does a CDI/Faces test, with its Selenium code copied from the Faces TCK). See https://github.com/jakartaee/platform-tck/issues/2548

If there are no concerns, I hope we can promote this soon.

Does this impact EE 11 + Faces 4.1 as well?  Is there an acceptable Faces 4.1 TCK workaround like setting "-Dtest.selenium=false"?
