[etrice-dev] switch to Xtext/Xtend 2.4

Hi all,

we switched to the most recent version 2.4 of Xtext and Xtend.

If you have the Google Guava 11.0 plug-in installed then you will encounter frequent exceptions
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
com.google.common.cache.CacheBuilder.build(Lcom/google/common/cache/CacheLoader;)Lcom/google/common/cache/Cache;

it is recommended to remove this plug-in from the installation.
I did that by renaming it and found that the issues were gone.
