Hi,

since inconsistencies between the settings for line endings cause unnecessary change markers, please check your git AND egit settings.

Here I added how: http://wiki.eclipse.org/ETrice/Development/Repository#Installations_on_your_computer

For our the ones working on Linux, I also documented the right encoding in Eclipse: ISO-8859-1
