Olivier,
It would be okay to use the M2 installers because the installers
use a catalog that's separate and has been updated, so an M2
installer would install M3 packages...
But I did forget to promote the installers. I have done so now
and the index is updated:

Hello everyone,
The 2023-06 M3 page has been published: https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2023-06/m3
I noticed no installers were created for this build as you can see here: https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/epp/installer-index.xml.
Due to this, I am displaying the M2 installer instead. If the page was intended to display an installer for M3, please create an installer for 2023-06 M3 and let me know so I can add it to the page.

Our next milestone build is available for testing: EPP 2023-06 M3
The biggest change is that I added Mylyn into all the EPPs as previously discussed. See PR #24 for details of what has been added. I have published 2023-06 M3 with Mylyn included, but I raised a number of issues that will likely affect many users (here are the bugs I raised when testing). None of them seem overly hard to resolve, but I don't know what spare capacity the Mylyn folk have to look into these, or how the priority compares with other outstanding work.
Please share your thoughts and please test your package.
I have been following the steps on https://github.com/eclipse-packaging/packages/labels/endgame - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
