The 2020-06 M2 version will have a lot of new unsigned content:

I should remind you that these project-specific reports are
generated daily. You may wish to monitor them, especially the
day after you've changed your contribution.
If Eclipse as a whole wasn't so poverty stricken, notification of
such problems could be generated automatically at the point in
time when the problem is first introduced. Or better yet, it
could be done as part of verifying the SimRel contribution...

Our next milestone build is available for testing: EPP 2020-06 M2
There has been a small permissions problem and the p2 repo has not been published yet to download.eclipse.org. It will be published soon, but I wanted to get this out to you as soon as possible. If you need the p2 repo, it is available on the CI job linked below.
I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
