Hi Package Maintainers,

with a little delay build #255 is ready and not only
our Mars RC4 candidate, but also our final candidate
for the release in about two weeks.

Let me repeat some additional information first...

              - The packages from this build won't be published
today/Friday like all other milestones and release
candidates; as every year the last RC isn't published
because this would essentially be not different from
releasing early. (The same applies to the p2 repository in
/releases/mars - it won't get updated with the content
              from /releases/staging tomorrow, too.)

            - There is always a (small) chance that we need to rebuild
the packages because of a stop-ship bug in the upstream Mars
release repo; this happened more than once in the last
years. In those cases I tend to decide on a case by case
basis what we need to do with the EPP packages. If only
bundles are affected that are not part of any of the
packages, no action is required on our side. But *if* it
changes bundles in the packages I usually rebuild all
packages and ask for new sign-offs on this mailing list for
            all packages.

          - During the next week I'll be sending out additional
mails in which I will ask for the final URLs of the
New&Noteworthy pages, and maybe other small things that
            need some finishing touches.

Now that you read through all of this... here are the links to
the build candidate for Mars RC4. Please test them and send
your vote to this mailing list until next Monday. Only
stop-ship bugs qualify as a -1. Your early testing and
feedback will help me to get an overview of the quality of the
          build.
