The key thing is the "Span" that is the window for contributions. I declared embed-cdt to have an offset of +3 so should go in on +3 date, for M3 that is Nov 25 by 5pm Ottawa time. Conveniently the offset dates are always the same day of the week. If you are late you should send an email to cross-project-issues-dev to ask for an extension. Some more info available on https://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Overview and the link you have from above has a calendar showing you the individual dates. If you have read the Overview before, I just did quite a few updates to bring it up to current reality.

 

I don't know what is the last date when SimRel updates can be made to be included in M3.

In another message, Jonah mentioned " There is an Eclipse Plug-in called b2 aggregator that edits the XML file. I enter the new p2 URL and then press update versions."

Can someone tell me where to get this plug-in and what is the procedure to update the SimRel records?

I'd like to update SimRel to 5.2.1, which is already out, and also get some experience with the whole procedure, to be able to perform it when the 6.0.0 will be available.
