I reworked the release page, and here is the result:

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.embed-cdt/releases/5.1.1


The main changes are the download links via the redirector, that handle the mirrors and analytics.


I would like to know your opinion on the format and the content. If acceptable, I'll replicate it in future releases.
