[elk-dev] New Graph Merged

Hi everyone,

after fixing a few bugs and getting everything to run again, I just
merged the new graph into the master. We will continue fixing bugs, and
the way is free for a new textual grammar to be written.

According to GitHub, we are still planning for a December release. I
don't think that's going to happen. We need more time for bug fixing,
and getting IP clearance and the release review approval always takes a
bit of time. I thus propose to move the new release date to the end of
January. I would get everything rolling at the start of January, which
gives us about a month to fix bugs and do things. Opinions?
