[elk-dev] Build broken

Hey,

the build is broken since a couple of days ago.

Short version:
I'll fix it on Monday.

Long version:
I changed a few things about how our features store licenses and the
likes, which seems to have broken Tycho's source feature build. This is
a known bug that was already fixed. We will get the fix if we increase
Tycho's version number. That, however, breaks the JBossTools Maven
plug-ins, which we use to add associate update site information into our
update site, and to generate the nice update site HTML frontend. I guess
we can do without the latter, and a quick web search suggests that
Tycho's Eclipse Repository builds are now able to include associate site
information. Which a few years ago they were not. I'll try getting
everything to work again on Monday.
