Hi everyone,

I put together a new website for ELK today. It doesn't have much
content, but it's better than nothing. Feel free to tell me about
whatever comments you may have.

Here it is:

This is the git repository that houses the website:

  http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/elk.git/

Every ELK committer can freely commit to the website repository. After
about a minute, the new repository state is pushed to the web servers
automatically.
