[ee4j-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for David Matějček

Voting will close on 2026-01-12 for the Committer election of David
Matějček on project Eclipse Metro (ee4j.metro).

Criteria:

David Matejcek is already the second most important contributor of the Metro
project. He is an co-author of multiple government SOAP web services and
clients where he used also JAXB extensions to make projects maintainable in
long term. As GlassFish currently doesn't plan to remove the support of this
technology, it makes sense to increase the presence of the Glassfish team in
the Metro project.
