Re: [ee4j-community] GlassFish Tools f?r GlassFish 5

Hi,

I'm afraid, you're a bit ahead of time with this question.

EE4J as umbrella plus the PMC was established rather soon, but it'll take some time before any project comes under that Umbrella (at least a few months, looking at how long it took before NetBeans really ended up in Apache Incubator after the announcement at JavaOne 2016 could give a vague idea on how this may go with Eclipse and EE4J)

Java EE 8 just finished and Oracle is committed to fix bugs or provide similar support, thus it looks like EE4J will effectively get forks of these repositories, not move them (because there could still be fixes in Java EE 8 at least for a few more years)

There are a few projects already at Eclipse, JPA (EclipseLink), JSON-B (Yasson) or JNoSQL plus other Eclipse projects like Jetty. These have the potential to move to EE4J if seen beneficial by everyone involved, but check them out in their current places if you want to get involved.
